Web Hosting Firm, Aplus.Net, Finalizes WebImage Development Firm Acquisition
Overland Park, Kansas - (The Hosting News) - August 23, 2007 - Web host and Internet solutions provider, Aplus.Net, has finalized its acquisition of full-service Internet marketing and website development company based in White Plains, New York, WebImage. Aplus.Net was represented by RBC Daniels in the transaction and financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
WebImage is best known for its highly streamlined approach to volume web design, with its business model focused on premium Internet presence solutions for small businesses. In addition, WebImage positions itself as a business partner for small- to medium-sized businesses seeking a single business partner to provide an Internet presence solution complete with design, hosting and marketing services.
